Product development background
1. There are many gas wells in the gas field, and the workload of gas well switching operations is enormous.
2. There are many low yield wells, production wells, and intermittent wells, making on-site management difficult.
3. The existing valves (wellhead block valves and wellhead solenoid valves) that have achieved remote control of well opening and closing are in the form of instant opening and closing, without adjustment function; Only low-pressure gas wells (with a casing pressure of 6MPa) can be operated on and off immediately, and the valve opening cannot be controlled. For gas wells with a casing pressure greater than 6MPa, manual on-site opening and closing are still relied upon. However, there is a shortage of actual on-site operators, especially for large-scale gas well opening operations, which require a huge workload and low efficiency, and to some extent cannot meet the needs of gas well production management.

FEATURES

Improve the needle valve into an electric needle valve, which is linked with the emergency shut-off valve. Through an intelligent controller, the existing signals of oil pressure, pipe pressure, flow meter, block valve, etc. are collected and processed as the basis for remote intelligent well opening and closing. With the support of a wireless transmission system, simulate manual well opening and closing, and ultimately achieve remote intelligent well opening and closing function.

Process of well opening and closing

3. Remote and on-site emergency well shutdown - system issues emergency well shutdown instructions - emergency shut-off valve - regulating valve - synchronous closure - emergency well shutdown;
4. Intelligent automatic well shutdown - system detects pressure abnormalities - automatically issues emergency well shutdown instructions - emergency shut-off valve - regulating valve - synchronous closure - automatic well shutdown.
